I only photograph 10 weddings each year to ensure that I can pour all of my heart and energy into each and every wedding and be completely present – not just for their wedding day but throughout the entire process. For your entire wedding day, you will have a wedding photographer who is present, curious, and inspired by you, your love, and your guests. I am there all day – no questions asked. Listen, I don’t want to miss your future-favorite moments either! I want to photograph your most important moments just as much as you will want to remember them.

The couples I photograph want to remember the day as it happened – not how it was orchestrated or posed. I want people to feel comfortable in who they are – JUST AS THEY ARE. People being who they are is fascinating to watch. One of my closest friends says, “[Angie] has this innate ability to help others feel calm, to let them know she is a safe space, and she hopes to not only empower others to be themselves, but have that empowerment shown in the photographs of each wedding guest.”

And let’s be clear. Real doesn’t always mean pretty. But pretty is not what I strive for – it’s the real, candid, and overlooked moments that are valued. So if you are hoping for a photoshoot on your wedding day where the photographer is only photographing the pretty things on your wedding day… you might be in the wrong place.
Candid photographs will tell stories – the story of what happened at your wedding, the story of who attended your wedding, and even capture your favorite person’s personality. Formal portraits are the photos your grandma hangs up. Candid photos are the ones that will capture your authentic self.
YOUR PORTRAITS – YOUR WAY.
For the couples who don’t want to spend their time during cocktail hour to take portraits, we will take the quick and uncomplicated approach – little to no posing involved. Typically, posing leads to inauthenticity, and you want to be able to see and feel your love and relationship through your photos and if it’s all been posed, you won’t see that true relationship shine.
After hearing “let’s just get through this quickly,” many times from my couples during these family portraits, I have learned to adapt to what they are asking for. It has become obvious that these portraits are important enough to do but not important enough to set aside several hours away from their loved ones for. These important portraits and the in-between moments will be captured in a way that is as painless as possible for everyone.
For the couples who are all about the perfect, posed portrait – we can bring on a second photographer to perfect those poses for you while I continue to capture those raw moments.

You will choose your wedding day photographs that are the highlights for your wedding album, and together, we will create a beautiful and lasting wedding album. Getting down on the dance floor
Fact: You will see me singing and dancing in the middle of the dancefloor, while taking photos. I will be all up in there getting your most untamed, wild moments, all while singing:

Well, you know the rest. I will be weaving through the dance floor, getting up close and personal to capture all the crazy.
It’s not only her favorite part of the day to photograph, but it’s one of her favorite parts of the day to relive when editing your wedding photos. Angie says, “I am transported back to the music the DJ was playing, and it just makes me so happy!”
